Apple Calendar and School Notes Sync

This utility runs on the site owner's Mac. It keeps calendars in Apple Calendar mirrored to one Google account and copies selected school folders from Apple Notes into Google Drive. This is a personal utility, not a public service.

Calendar sync

Calendars available in Apple Calendar are mirrored to separate calendars created for this utility in the Google account selected by the user. Changes and deletions synchronize both ways for editable Apple calendars. Read-only or subscribed Apple calendars are copied to Google, but Google changes cannot be written back to those sources. Calendars already connected directly to the selected Google account continue syncing through that account. Apple Calendar remains the usual place to create and manage events.

School Notes sync

Notes in the selected school folders are exported on the Mac with their titles, note content, and available attachments, then uploaded to a dedicated folder in the user's Google Drive. Updated or removed exports are retained in a dated Drive archive.
